本文通过动物实验研究发现高钙或低碘可削弱高碘致甲状腺肿的作用.当高钙与低碘共同存在时,几乎完全消除了高碘的这种作用。根据实验结果,结合文献资料可以认为:高钙在高碘情况下,可抑制甲状腺肿的发生;在低碘情况下可促进甲状腺肿的发生。
In this study, we found that high calcium or low iodine can weaken the effect of high iodine on goiter through animal experimental study, and this effect of high iodine is almost completely eliminated when high calcium and low iodine coexist. According to the experimental results, combined with the literature can be considered: high calcium in the case of high iodine, can inhibit the occurrence of goiter; in the case of low iodine can promote the occurrence of goiter.
