以精子抗原制备疫苗是一种有希望的避孕方法 ,FA- 1是精子特异性糖蛋白 ,具有识别和结合卵细胞透明带 (ZP)的受体活性。编码 FA- 1抗原的 c DNA已克隆并测序。用重组 FA- 1抗原免疫动物 ,通过诱导精子特异性免疫应答 ,引起长期可逆的生育力抑制。该抗原也与人免疫不育相关。具有高度组织特异性和各种重组和 /或合成精子抗原表位的疫苗 ,如 FA- 1抗原 ,单独免疫即具有高度免疫原性 ,因此可作为有效的抗精子避孕疫苗
Vaccination with sperm antigens is a promising method of contraception and FA-1 is a sperm-specific glycoprotein with receptor activity that recognizes and binds to zona pellucida (ZP).
