分析脑血管病继发癫痫的临床特点及治疗效果。随机选取就诊的脑血管病继发癫痫患者72例作为研究对象,对72例患者的疾病特点进行全面分析,同时对患者展开中西医结合治疗,并对治疗效果进行总结分析。72例患者在接受中西医结合治疗后症状积分显著改善,与治疗前相比积分明显下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总有效率为94.4%,即治愈32例,显效19例,有效17例,无效4例。继发癫痫多发生于脑血管病早期,主要表现为简单部分性发作,中西医结合治疗脑血管病继发癫痫取得显著效果,安全有效。
To analyze the clinical features and therapeutic effect of secondary epilepsy with cerebrovascular disease. A total of 72 patients with cerebrovascular disease secondary to epilepsy were selected randomly as the research object. The disease characteristics of 72 patients were analyzed comprehensively.
