“一带一路”倡议提出四年多以来,基础设施互联互通建设成果丰硕。“一带一路”建设项目覆盖区域广阔、投资领域多元、项目结构复杂、参与主体众多,运用PPP模式解决项目融资缺口,并通过私营机构的专业管理和机制重建,创新基础设施项目回报机制,改善公共服务供给质量和效率,是用国际语言推动国际项目的具体实施,容易找到各方合作的共同基础。
“Belt and Road” Initiative Since the proposal for more than four years, infrastructure construction has achieved fruitful results. The “Belt and Road” construction project covers a vast area with diversified investment fields, complex project structures and numerous participants, and uses the PPP model to solve the project financing gap. Through professional management and institutional reconstruction in the private sector, the infrastructure project innovation mechanism is innovated. To improve the quality and efficiency of public service provision is to promote the concrete implementation of international projects in an international language and make it easy to find a common basis for cooperation between all parties.
