安徽省颍上县淮河修防所管理淮、颍河堤防全长357公里,中小型防洪涵闸105座。涵闸担负着防洪排涝和灌溉任务,直接为农业生产服务。在1980、1982、1983年淮颖河大水中,涵闸运行暴露了一些问题:闸门止水出现漏水、渗水,险闸出险等,造成防汛紧张,花费了大量的人力,财物抢堵,终究还是给农业生产造成了损失。为此,我们对这些闸门止水装置进行实验分析,设计出了新的止水装置。一、原有的防洪闸门橡皮装置底部和顶部漏水不多,主要是两侧漏水(如图a),门顶止水装在蓄水面作用的门楣上(如图b)。由于门顶止水长度只是闸孔净跨,在门槽内
