吸收新经济组织中的优秀分子入党 ,是新时期党建工作面临的全新挑战。必须坚决贯彻“三个代表”要求 ,立足初级阶段的基本国情 ,以改革的精神 ,与时俱进的理念 ,创造性地开展工作 :要以巩固党的执政地位、保证新经济组织健康发展为原则 ,科学定位党建工作的基本目标 ;要牢固树立“依法治国”理念 ,在法制的基础上建立党的政治领导权威 ;要正确把握党员标准 ,树立“重在党内培养”的观念 ,充分发挥党组织的“大熔炉”作用 ;要切实转变传统观念和作风 ,不断创新党的活动方式和工作方式。
