本实验用国产D-氨基半乳糖诱发大鼠肝损伤后对肝细胞的DNA、RNA和肝糖原含量及葡萄糖—6—磷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶的含量用4种不同类型的图象分析仪进行了原位定量分析,并观察和分析了血清学改变。实验结果表明,损伤组大鼠肝细胞的DNA、RNA和肝糖原含量明显低于正常对照组,葡萄糖—6—磷酸酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性明显下降,血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、硷性磷酸酶、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸均升高,血糖下降。本文对D-氨基半乳糖诱发肝损伤的机理及用图象分析仪对组织化学结果进行定量分析等问题进行了讨论。
In this experiment, the content of DNA, RNA and hepatic glycogen and the contents of glucose-6-phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase in hepatocytes induced by domestic D-galactosamine-induced liver injury were detected by four different types of images The analyzer performed in situ quantitative analysis and serological changes were observed and analyzed. The experimental results showed that the contents of DNA, RNA and hepatic glycogen in the hepatocytes of rats in the injury group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group. The activities of glucose-6-phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase were significantly decreased. The contents of alanine aminotransferase, Su, alkaline phosphatase, triglycerides, free fatty acids were elevated, blood glucose decreased. In this paper, the mechanism of D-galactosamine induced liver injury and the quantitative analysis of histochemical results by image analyzer were discussed.
