电子交易是经济活动中的一种新的交易方式,其特点是对交易过程中的部分或全部事务,利用计算机和网络工具来进行处理,因而速度快,效率高,且可超越时间和地域的局限。从20世纪60年代起到今天,电子交易经历了从EDI带Web方式的转变过程。为了引导和帮助企业尽快地建立起能适应电子交易方式人才队伍,我国劳动和社会保障部已经推出电子商务从业人员职业资格证书制度,要求从业人员持证上岗。传统的各行各业的企业,都应该尽快储备具有各级电子商务师知识和技能结构的技术人才,以应对席卷而来的电子交易浪潮。
Electronic trading is a new form of trading in economic activity characterized by the processing of some or all of the transactions in the transaction using computer and network tools that are fast, efficient and time-and-geographic Limitations. From the 1960s to today, e-commerce has undergone a transformation from Web-based EDI. Traditionally, businesses from all walks of life should stock up as quickly as possible technical personnel with the knowledge and skills structure of e-commerce division at all levels in response to the tide of electronic transactions that have swept away.
