国土资源部日前发布的《中国矿产资源报告(2014)》显示,2013年,我国石油新增探明储量10.83×10~8t,天然气新增探明储量6 159.11×10~8m~3,探明储量均实现大幅增加。报告显示,2013年全国一次能源生产总量为34×10~8t标准煤,较上年增长2.4%;消费总量达37.5×10~8t标准煤,增长3.7%,能源自给率为90.7%,较上年下降1.3个百分点。中国为世界第一大能源生产国和消费国。
