学习力是指学习者全身心参与,发挥各种行为或行为潜能,以实现自我意识和自我超越为目的在学习生活中所必需的,促进终身学习和自主发展的一种综合活力。学习力由学习动力、学习毅力和学习能力构成。教师应从这三方面入手,培养小学生的学习力,为学生以后的学习、持续发展打好基础,使其能够主动适应社会的竞争机制。
Learning ability refers to a comprehensive vitality that learners need to participate in and exert various behaviors or potential behaviors in order to realize self-awareness and self-transcendence, which are necessary for learning life and promote lifelong learning and self-development. Learning power consists of learning motivation, learning perseverance and learning ability. Teachers should start from these three aspects, develop the learning ability of primary school students, lay the foundation for future study and sustained development of students so that they can take the initiative to adapt to the social competition mechanism.
