目的:采用3D打印光敏树脂定制氧化锆套环导板进行种植手术,并比较传统金属套环种植导板的种植效果。方法:选取2013年10月至2015年12月我院收治34例上前牙缺失患者,随机分为两组,对照组和研究组,对照组采用金属套环光敏树脂导板进行种植手术,研究组采用定制氧化锆套环光敏树脂导板进行种植手术,术后即刻拍摄CT,按显效治疗、有效治疗、无效治疗评价两组所种植体与设计的误差,并术后3月与6月进行随访,观察种植体骨结合的情况。将结果采用统计学软件SPSS19.0进行分析。结果:研究组在显效治疗和术后3月骨结合方面P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:将3D打印光敏树脂定制氧化锆套环导板应用于口腔种植中,可以提高了手术的准确率和成功率,还能够提高患者的接受度以及满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To implant the customized Zirconium cuff guide plate with 3D printing photosensitive resin and to compare the planting effect of the traditional metal cuff planting guide plate. Methods: From October 2013 to December 2015, 34 cases of anterior teeth missing in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group, the study group and the control group were implanted with a metal collar photosensitive resin guide plate. The study group The customized zirconia ferrules were used for implant surgery. Immediate CT was performed immediately after the operation. According to effective treatment and ineffective treatment, the errors between the two groups of implants and designs were evaluated and followed up for 3 months and 6 months. Observe the osseointegration of the implant. The results were analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0. Results: The study group in the effective treatment and bone union after 3 months P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of customized 3D printed photosensitive resin zirconia ferrule guide plate in dental implants can improve the accuracy and success rate of surgery, and also improve patient acceptance and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
