目的:探讨中学生口腔预防保健存在的问题及对策。方法:在本次研究中综合采取了问卷调查分析与文献分析法。结果:受访学生存在较为普遍的口腔卫生行为与习惯不合理现象;受访学生对口腔疾病的重视程度不足,出现口腔疾病时及时就医率不高;受到健康观念的影响,大部分中学生均未意识到口腔疾病是一种病症;口腔预防保健知识了解少,相关获取途径较窄。结论:要提高中学生口腔预防保健水平,需要做好以下几点:首先,加强家庭与学校引导,帮助中学生树立良好的口腔卫生行为与习惯;其次,增强中学生口腔疾病的认识,引导其积极就医;再次,加强中学生口腔预防保健知识的全面宣传。
Objective: To explore the problems and countermeasures of oral preventive health care for middle school students. Methods: In this study, a comprehensive survey and literature analysis method was adopted. Results: The surveyed students had more common oral health behavior and habits unreasonable. The surveyed students did not pay enough attention to oral diseases and did not get prompt medical attention when oral diseases occurred. Most of the students did not get the health education Awareness of oral disease is a condition; oral health care knowledge to understand less, access to narrower. Conclusions: To improve the level of oral preventive health care for middle school students, we should do the following: Firstly, we should strengthen family and school guidance to help middle school students to establish good oral hygiene behaviors and habits; secondly, enhance their awareness of oral diseases and guide them to actively seek medical treatment; Thirdly, to strengthen the comprehensive publicity of oral preventive health care knowledge for middle school students.
