广州理程数码科技有限公司于今年上半年推出了首个国有品牌的网络存储管理产品——Littron SMS,Littron SMS 服务器将软件、硬件融为一体,形成一个完整的存储解决方案,实现了较低的总体拥有成本(TCO)。目前通常的网络存储管理方案是:采用硬件厂商如EMC、IBM 或 HP 的存储硬件,配合标准通用服务器,搭载专业软件公司的软件构成全套系统,也就是说系统大致分为三个部分:存储介质、控制服务器和管理软件。这种做法的好处是用户可以有多重选择,既可以用EMC 的磁盘阵列,也可以选 IBM 的磁带库;既可以看中 Veritas 的功能完善,也可以追求 Legato 的使用方便。
