分析66例散发性脑炎经10个月～6年的随访结果,43例痊愈,后遗症18例(9例原为昏迷患者),5例死于其他疾病或合并症。认为激素有助提高疗效和减少后遗症,积极和处理合并症,可降低病死率。
Sixty-six patients with sporadic encephalitis were followed up for 10 months to 6 years. Forty-three patients were cured, sequelae were 18 (9 patients were originally comatose), and 5 patients died of other diseases or comorbidities. It is believed that hormones help to improve the curative effect and reduce the sequelae. Active treatment of comorbidities can reduce mortality.
