40日龄雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔注射赋形剂,作为对照组[C],腹腔内注射链脲菌素(55mg/kg·wt)作为糖尿病组[D]。实验周期为2个月。结果表明;C组平均每个高倍视野睾丸间质细胞为26.61±2.82个,精原细胞为18.27±2.61个。D组间质细胞为14.00±2.34个,精原细胞为12.27±2.86个。D组睾丸间质细胞数明显低于C组(P<0.01),精原细胞数也明显低于C组(P<0.01)。而且不成熟的睾丸间质细胞数增多。C组睾丸间质毛细血管内皮细胞完整,管壁无平滑肌,而D组血管内皮不完整,管壁增厚,可见1~2层平滑肌细胞,部分血管玻变。这为青春期糖尿病的性延迟,性发育不成熟,以及性功能障碍等现象提供了形态依据。
40-day-old male Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with vehicle as a control group [C], and streptozotocin (55 mg / kg · wt) was intraperitoneally injected as a diabetic group [D]. The experiment period is 2 months. The results showed that in group C, the average number of leydig cells in each high power field was 26.61 ± 2.82 and that of spermatogonia was 18.27 ± 2.61. Group D interstitial cells 14.00 ± 2.34, spermatogonia 12.27 ± 2.86. The number of testicular stromal cells in group D was significantly lower than that in group C (P <0.01), and the number of spermatogonia was also significantly lower than that in group C (P <0.01). And immature testes interstitial cells increased. C group of testis interstitial capillary endothelial cells intact, smooth muscle wall, and D group of vascular endothelial is not complete, the wall thickening, showing 1 to 2 smooth muscle cells, part of the vascular glass. This provides a morphological basis for the delayed sexual development of adolescence, sexual maturity, and sexual dysfunction.
