本研究测量246例健康成人大脑半球和小脑以及大脑半球各区的局部脑血流量(rCBF),结果发现:1、同龄同性别比较:大脑半球、小脑及大脑半球各区rCBF无显著性差异,脑血流量随年龄的增加而减少.2、同龄不同性别比较:中年组中男、女性别之间存在显著性差异,女性的rCBF明显高于男性,男性从青年至老年rCBF减少曲线高峰在中年组,而女性则呈现脑血流量逐渐减少现象.3、小脑rCBF的均值明显低于大脑半球rCBF均值。小脑rCBF减少出现在中年期以后,而大脑半球的rCBF减少于中年期便明显出现。
The present study measured the regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in 246 healthy adult cerebral hemispheres and cerebellum as well as in all regions of the cerebral hemispheres. The results showed that: 1. Comparison of same-age and same-sex groups showed no significant difference in rCBF between cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum and cerebral hemispheres, The flow rate decreased with the increase of age.2.Comparison of age and gender: There was a significant difference between male and female in middle age group, female rCBF was significantly higher than male, the peak of rCBF decrease curve from young to old in male Year group, while the female showed a gradual decrease of cerebral blood flow.3, The mean of cerebellar rCBF was significantly lower than that of the cerebral hemisphere rCBF. The decrease of cerebellar rCBF occurs after middle age, while the decrease of rCBF in cerebral hemisphere appears obviously in middle age.
