师者,传道授业解惑也,这是名作《师说》的开篇,也是自古以来教师留给人们的职责印象。直至如今,它也是被许多人认可的。固然,传授知识和技能是教师的首要职责,然而很多教师却忽视了学生的精神成长。随着社会文明的进步和发展,人们对精神的追求也越来越高。在21世纪教育改革的新形势下,教育的本质在于促进学生全面发展。因此,教师对学生进行科学的精神引导必须要从小做起,这是我国素质教育提倡的重要内容之一,也是培养全面人才的必要措施。教师必须深刻意识到小学阶段是加强精神关注的理想时期。

Of course, the transfer of knowledge and skills is the teacher’s primary responsibility, but many teachers ignore the spiritual growth of students.
