班主任是班集体的组织者、教育者、管理者,在引导学生健康成长、创建良好班风中起着主导作用。与此同时,班干部的作用也不可小觑,班干部岗位是培养和锻炼学生的平台,在班级管理中也发挥着重要作用。优秀班干部与普通学生在组织管理能力、口头表达能力等方面存在不同程度的差异。多数班干部成绩优异,在各方面得到的锻炼机会、荣誉都大大超过普通学生。我在为班干部的进步感到欣慰的同时,也为那些从未得到过锻炼机会的学生感到惋惜。
The class teacher is the collective organizer, educator and manager of the class, playing a leading role in guiding students to grow healthily and create a good class schedule. At the same time, the role of class cadres should not be underestimated. Class cadre positions are platforms for training and exercising students and also play an important role in class management. Outstanding class cadres and ordinary students have different degrees of organizational management ability and verbal ability. The majority of class cadres performed well, in all aspects of training opportunities, honors are much higher than ordinary students. While I am pleased with the progress of the class cadres, I feel sorry for those students who have never had the chance to exercise.
