在毛主席“独立自主,自力更生”方针的指引下,我厂在推广应用冷挤压新工艺方面,总结过去的工作,体会较深。采用冷挤压加工模具,铷腔,是一种无切削的加工方法,能取得(?)9以上较高的表面光洁度,特别对于机械加工困难的型腔,可以采用冷挤压直接加工成形。我厂六五年制造了一台1000T油压机。在六五年制造以来,已经挤压出多种模具型腔,解决了不少复杂的难予加工的模具。冷挤压新工艺的推广和应用必须在毛主席革命路线指引下,坚持“什么工作都要搞群众运动”,广大群众“破除迷信,解放思想”,
Under Chairman Mao’s guideline of “independence and self-reliance”, our factory summarizes the past work and deepens our experience in popularizing and applying the new technology of cold extrusion. The use of cold extrusion mold, rubidium cavity, is a non-cutting processing method, can achieve (?) 9 and above a higher surface finish, especially for machining difficult cavity, cold extrusion can be used directly for forming. I plant in 1985 produced a 1000T hydraulic machine. Since its manufacture in six or five years, it has extruded a variety of mold cavities and solved quite a few complicated molds which are difficult to process. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, we must adhere to the principle of “what kind of work should be conducted in the mass movement” and the masses should “get rid of superstition and emancipate the mind”
