风口是高炉冷却系统的重要元件,材质为纯铜。它的使用寿命直接影响高炉的经济技术指标。本文用 NiCr/Al 做粘结底层,MgO·ZrO_2做表层,采用 METCOMN 型等离子喷涂设备对试件和产品进行了喷涂,并与 Al_2O_3涂层做了比较试验,得出 MgO·ZrO_2涂层的法向强度、抗热震性能、抗熔融金属的浸蚀等方面远优于Al_2O_3涂层,表面喷涂 MgO·ZrO_2粉末的风口在高炉中连续使用六个月,涂层没有剥落,风口仍然完好。因此,用 MgO·ZrO_2涂层取代 Al_2O_3涂层,是风口耐热防护徐层的发展趋势,是值得推广的。
Tuyere blast furnace cooling system is an important component, made of pure copper. Its service life directly affects the blast furnace’s economic and technical indicators. The tuyere with MgO · ZrO 2 powder sprayed on the surface is continuously used in the blast furnace for six months without peeling off and the tuyere is intact. Therefore, substituting MgO · ZrO 2 coating for Al 2 O 3 coating is the development trend of the tuyere heat-resistant protective Xu layer, which is worth to be popularized.
