新阳能源公司是山东能源新矿集团建企50多年来自行设计、自行施工、自行建设的第一对矿井。矿井于2005年1月26日开工建设,2007年7月投产,现有员工1640人。矿井投产以来,坚持以科学发展观为指导,秉持以人为本、安全发展,以先进理念导航定位,不断创新安全文化建设的形式和载体,培育形成了独具特色的“X6”安全文化体系,充分实现了企业安全文化导向、凝聚、规范和激励功能,不断夯实安全生产根基。助推企业实现打造资源节约型、安全高效型、生态环保型现代化煤炭企业。矿井已实现建井以来连续安全生产8周年,先后获得国家级安全质量标准示范化煤矿、煤矿安全程度评估AAAAA级矿井、山东省省级文明单位等荣誉称号。
