对6个无性系:RRIC 7、RRIC45、RRIC100、RRIC101、RRIM600和PB86的正常树及褐皮病树的乳清蛋白质带型进行了研究。6个无性系的褐皮病树的乳清蛋白质含量都显著减少,PB86减少最大,为50%。乳清蛋白质凝胶电泳分离补充了上述试验结果,一些电泳蛋白质带消失了,而剩留的一些蛋白质带密度降低。不同采胶高度的乳清蛋白质含量,RRIC101在割面以上,而RRIM600则在割面以下下降幅度大。乳清蛋白质的变化可表明病皮传播到邻近树皮组织的程度,尽管这种传播还没有在树皮的外观上或乳胶产量上产生明显的变化。
The whey protein bands of six clones, RRIC 7, RRIC45, RRIC100, RRIC101, RRIM600 and PB86, and the brown-skin tree were studied. The whey protein content of the six clonal browning disease trees were significantly reduced, PB86 reduced the largest, 50%. Whey protein gel electrophoresis separation complements the above test results, some of the electrophoretic protein bands disappear, and some of the remaining protein bands are reduced in density. Whey protein content at different harvesting levels, RRIC101 above the cut surface, while RRIM600 decreased significantly below the cut surface. Changes in whey protein may indicate the extent to which the diseased skin spreads to adjacent bark tissue, although such dissemination has not resulted in significant changes in the appearance of the bark or latex yield.
