1971～1973年我们用冷床(地沟)进行青椒土法贮藏试验,效果较好,贮期达3个月左右(10月10日至新年以后)。1.贮藏时期:贮藏时期过早,气温高,呼吸作用和杂菌活动旺盛,易红易烂;过晚,易遭早霜危害,造成损失。开始贮藏的适期应在早霜前2～3天。营口地区为10月10日左右。2.贮藏场所:用蔬菜育苗的冷床(地沟)贮藏。冷床的规格:宽5.4尺,长24尺,前墙高1尺,后墙高2尺。为了防止贮后下雨,床内积
