应用彩色多普勒超声（ＣＤＦＩ）诊断仪对老年人亚临床期糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）组２７例５４眼，正常对照组２０例４０眼的眼动脉进行彩色多普勒血流频谱检测。结果：亚临床期ＤＲ的ＰＩ和ＲＩ测定均明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：老年人亚临床期ＤＲ眼动脉彩色多普勒血流参数都有异常，早于眼底镜的血管形态改变。彩超可早期提示ＤＲ的发生。
Color Doppler flow spectrum was detected in 27 eyes (54 eyes) of subclinical diabetic retinopathy (DR) group and 20 eyes (40 eyes) of normal control group by color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI). Results: The PI and RI of subclinical DR were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: The color Doppler parameters of blood flow in the subcortical DR eye of the elderly are abnormal, and the blood vessel morphology is earlier than that of the ophthalmoscope. Color Doppler ultrasound can prompt the early occurrence of DR.
