进气涡流强度、喷嘴的喷孔直径与个数、喷油压力等直接影响直喷式柴油机燃烧室内混合气形成与燃烧过程的进行,从而影响柴油机的动力性、燃油经济性和碳烟排放。作者用同步光导纤维四色法测量系统,研究了进气涡流、喷孔直径和个数对燃烧过程中火焰温度和碳烟浓度的影响。本文介绍的是所进行的研究工作和得到的结果。
The eddy current intensity of intake air, the diameter and number of nozzle holes, the injection pressure and so on have a direct impact on the formation and combustion process of the mixture in the direct injection diesel engine combustion chamber, which affects the dynamic performance, fuel economy and soot emissions of the diesel engine. The author uses the four-color measuring system of synchronous optical fiber to study the influence of intake vortex, nozzle diameter and number on flame temperature and soot concentration during combustion. This article describes the work carried out and the results obtained.
