蘇聯的科學是真正人民的科學 蘇聯人民在列寧—斯大林黨的領導下,以巨大的創造熱忱,參加建設伏爾加河、頓河、德聶伯爾河、阿姆河上的宏偉的水利工程建築物。這種由斯大林同志倡導所實現的建設工作,對於建立共產主義的物質、技術基礎,具有重大的意義,並為繼續增長蘇聯的生產力、增加社會福利、豐富日用必需品開闢新的源泉。
Under the leadership of the Lenin-Stalin Party, the Soviet people’s science has created tremendous enthusiasm in participating in the construction of magnificent water conservancy structures on the Volga, Don, Dnepr and Amu rivers. This construction work initiated by Comrade Stalin is of great significance to the establishment of the material and technological foundation of communism and opens up new sources for the continued growth of the Soviet Union’s productive forces, increasing social welfare and enriching daily necessities.
