在新经济常态下,实现财务管理的精细化,已经成为企业良性发展,提高经济效益,更好地参与国际化竞争的有效保障,因此,要针对这一课题,展开深入研究,提高企业整体管理水平。本文以烟草企业为研究对象,阐述企业财务精细化管理过程存在的问题,并针对性的提出解决策略,助力于烟草企业财务管理精细化效果的提升。
Under the normal conditions of the new economy, to achieve the refinement of financial management has become an effective guarantee for the healthy development of enterprises, raising economic benefits and better participating in international competition. Therefore, we must conduct in-depth studies on this issue and improve the overall management of enterprises Level. In this paper, the tobacco enterprises as the research object, elaborating the problems existing in the process of enterprise’s financial delicacy management, and putting forward the solution strategies in a targeted manner, which helps to enhance the refinement effect of financial management in tobacco enterprises.
