以马尿酸定量法测定符合WHO规定的诊断标准的急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者78例和正常对照组34例的血清血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)活性。结果:(1)AMI患者的血清ACE活性显著高于对照组(P<0.001);(2)AMI亚急性期或恢复期的ACE活性均显著低于AMI急性期者((P<0.05,P<0.01),恢复期AMI患者的ACE活性则显著低于亚急性期者(P<0.05),(3)AMI患者并发心衰或并发休克者,其ACE活性均显著高于AMI无并发症者(P<0.01,P<0.05)。AMI患者的血清ACE活性明显高于正常对照组,AMI患者中其血清ACE活性以急性期、亚急性期和恢复期者依次降低。提示AMI患者的ACE活性似与其病情的严重程度成正相关,通过对患者血清ACE活性的动态观测有助于更好地直接了解AMI患者机体的肾素——血管紧张素——醛固酮水平,为AMI病情的监护、治疗、预防并发症、药物选择及预后判断提供参考价值
Serum levels of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) were measured in 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who meet WHO diagnostic criteria and 34 patients in normal control group. Results: (1) The serum ACE activity in AMI patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.001). (2) The ACE activity in subacute or convalescent AMI patients was significantly lower than that in acute AMI patients .05, P <0.01). ACE activity in convalescent AMI patients was significantly lower than that in subacute patients (P <0.05). (3) ACE activity in patients with AMI complicated by heart failure or concurrent shock (P <0.01, P <0.05) .Serum ACE activity in patients with AMI was significantly higher than that in the control group. The serum ACE activity in AMI patients was significantly higher than that in AMI patients Convalescent period, followed by reduction.It is suggested that ACE activity in AMI patients is positively related to the severity of the disease.According to the dynamic observation of ACE activity in patients with AMI, it is helpful to directly understand the renin-angiotensin- - aldosterone levels for AMI monitoring, treatment, prevention of complications, drug selection and pre-treatment Judgment reference value
