交通部第一航务工程局1992年开发的深层水泥拌和(CDM)船是我国第一代用于海上施工的CDM船,该船的开发成功标志着我国已具备了海上CDM工法的施工能力.本文就CDM工法的引进至该CDM船的组成、工作原理、作业条件、作业效率进行了较为详尽的阐述,并介绍了CDM工法的国外发展水平和现状、供建设、设计和施工单位参考.
The first deepwater cement mixing (CDM) vessel developed by the First Navigation Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Communications in 1992 was the first generation of CDM ship used for offshore construction in China. The successful development of this vessel marks the construction capability of our country that already has the offshore CDM method. The composition, working principle, operating conditions and operating efficiency of the CDM method introduced into the CDM ship are described in detail. The overseas development level and current status of the CDM method are also introduced for reference of the construction, design and construction units.
