缓脉灵(Ajmalino)是一种蛇根草生物碱。此生物碱不具有蛇根草的镇静、催眠、安定或降压作用。Arora和Madan首先报道缓脉灵可用作有效的抗心律失常药物。缓脉灵对预激综合征伴有的心动过速特别有效。然而,关于此药电生理作用的报告尚不多。本文报告用希氏束电图分析和评价预激综合征患者静脉注射缓脉灵所产生的电生理变化。
Ajmalino is a snakehead alkaloid. This alkaloid does not have the sedative snake grass, hypnosis, stability or antihypertensive effect. Arora and Madan first reported that Ling Mi Ling can be used as a potent anti-arrhythmic drug. Moderate pulse of the WPW syndrome accompanied by tachycardia is particularly effective. However, there are not many reports on the electrophysiological effects of this drug. This article reports the use of His bundle beam analysis and evaluation of patients with pre-excitation syndrome, intravenous gavage of electrophysiological changes.
