目的建立止咳平喘方的HPLC检测方法,比较其配方颗粒和传统饮片汤剂的成分差异。方法采用HPLC方法,Ultimate HPLC C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,0~30 min,5%~20%乙腈。检测波长:210nm,体积流量1.0ml·min-1,柱温:30℃。结果 HPLC的检测结果显示颗粒剂和传统的饮片成分差异性不大,但是在成分的含量上存在一定的差异性。结论不同厂家饮片汤剂、颗粒剂指纹图谱存在一定的差异。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction, and to compare the composition differences between the formula pellets and traditional decoctions. METHODS HPLC was performed on an Ultimate HPLC C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5.0 μm) using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase gradient from 0 to 30 min with 5% to 20% acetonitrile. Detection wavelength: 210nm, volume flow rate 1.0ml · min-1, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results The results of HPLC showed that there was little difference between the granules and the traditional slices, but there were some differences in the content of the ingredients. Conclusion There are some differences in the fingerprints of decoctions and granules of different manufacturers.
