由国家教委主持召开的全国高教系统纪念党的十一届三中全会十周年经济学术研讨会暨全国高校第三次社会主义经济理论与实践研讨会1988年10月24——28日在武汉举行。讨论的热点是加紧整治经济环境,全面深化经济改革。现概述如下: 一、严峻的经济形势及其成因分析比较一致的意见认为,当前的经济形势是严峻的,主要表现为:经济过热,总需求大大超过总供给;货币过量发行,出现了明显的通货膨胀;物价上涨幅度过大,以致抢购风迭起;相当一部分群众收入的增加赶不上物价上涨,实际生活水平下降;流通领域倒买倒卖活动猖
