在长期定位施肥条件下研究了不同施肥处理对茄子产量及品质的影响。结果表明,土壤有机质含量和碱解氮水平的高低是影响茄子产量、可溶性蛋白及还原糖含量的主要因素。速效钾对茄子中维生素C含量的影响较大,其次是有机质和碱解氮的增加能提高硝酸盐含量,而施用磷、钾肥能够有效降低硝酸盐含量,磷肥的作用更明显。
The effects of different fertilization treatments on the yield and quality of eggplant were studied under long-term fertilization. The results showed that soil organic matter content and nitrogen level were the main factors affecting eggplant yield, soluble protein and reducing sugar content. The effect of available potassium on the content of vitamin C in eggplant is greater, followed by the increase of organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis of nitrogen can increase the nitrate content, while the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can effectively reduce the nitrate content, the role of phosphate fertilizer is more obvious.
