MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a newly discovered class of endogenous microRNAs, about 19-25 nucleotides in length that inhibit or degrade target mRNA translation by complementary binding to the 5 ’or 3’ non-coding regions of the target mRNA , Plays an important role in a variety of biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, insulin secretion, fat metabolism and tumor occurrence and development. Vascular is a complex closed circulatory system, its development and disease is controlled by multiple genes and many factors. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are closely related to the development of the vascular system and the occurrence of the disease.
