学风是学校的灵魂和气质,凝聚着一所学校的理念、文化和精神。在高等教育大众化、国际化、教学手段信息化等复杂背景下,如何抓好当代中专生的学风建设,已成为众多中职学校共同关注的问题。笔者从一名党务工作者与班主任的角度,从主体因素、外部因素等来分析我校学风建设中存在的问题,并从加强思想政治教育、引导教师增强教书育人责任感、培养和谐健康的校园文化等渠道力求解决学风建设中存在的问题。
The style of study is the soul and temperament of a school, embodying the philosophy, culture and spirit of a school. Under the complicated background such as popularization of higher education, internationalization and informatization of teaching means, how to grasp the construction of study style of contemporary secondary school students has become a common concern of many secondary vocational schools. From the perspective of a party worker and class teacher, the author analyzes the problems in the construction of study style in our school from the perspectives of subject factors and external factors, and from the perspective of strengthening ideological and political education, guiding teachers to enhance their sense of responsibility in teaching and educating students and cultivating a harmonious and healthy campus Culture and other channels to solve the problems in the construction of study style.
