在自混合干涉系统中,反馈水平因子的大小反映了系统中反馈回激光器谐振腔反馈光的强弱,它在确定激光器运行状态和外腔物体位移测量中都起着尤为重要的作用。本文提出了一种利用光反馈相位频谱特征测量反馈水平因子的方法。通过对激光自混合干涉信号进行相位解卷运算,得出相位信息,把相位信息转换到频域内进行频谱特征分析,依据相位的频谱特征可测算反馈水平因子的大小。通过仿真验证了算法的有效性。结果表明,本文方法可应用在不同的反馈情况下,而且测量误差小,精度高,相对标准误差仅为2.11%。
In the self-mixing interference system, the size of the feedback level factor reflects the feedback of the laser resonator back to the system, which plays a very important role in the determination of the laser operating status and the measurement of the displacement of the external cavity object. In this paper, a method of measuring the feedback level factor using optical feedback phase spectrum characteristics is proposed. By phase unwrapping the laser self-mixing interference signal, the phase information is obtained, and the phase information is transformed into the frequency domain for spectral feature analysis. The magnitude of the feedback level factor can be calculated according to the spectral characteristics of the phase. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm. The results show that the proposed method can be applied under different feedback conditions, and the measurement error is small, the accuracy is high, the relative standard error is only 2.11%.
