实行扩大企业自主权和承包经营之后,一些企业出现了拼资金、拼设备、片面追求产值利润的短期行为,这已引起人们的普遍注意。其实,短期行为不仅表现在企业的生产经营上,在思想政治工作方面,也严重存在。其主要表现是:1.服务目的舍远求近。近几年来,思想政治工作为实现党的近期目标服务宣传得多,而为实现党的长远目标服务却宣传得少。许多时候,片面强调思想政治工作要为本企业的生产经营目标服务,不讲为社会主义、共产主义的长远目标服务。企业思想政治工作保证的面越来越窄,服务的层次越来越低,使思想政治工作仅仅成了一种保证完成任务的手段。
After the expansion of enterprise autonomy and contract management, some enterprises have emerged short-term behaviors of spelling out funds, spelling out equipment and pursuing one-sided profits from their output value. This has drawn people’s attention. In fact, short-term behavior is not only reflected in the production and operation of enterprises, but also in the ideological and political work. The main performance is: 1. The purpose of serving far away. In recent years, ideological and political work has propagandized much for the realization of the party’s near-term goal of service and has received less publicity for the realization of the party’s long-term goal. In many cases, one-sided emphasis on ideological and political work should serve the goal of the enterprise’s production and operation, and will not serve the long-term goal of socialism and communism. The pragmatic aspect of ideological and political work in enterprises has become narrower and narrower, and the service level has been getting lower and lower, making ideological and political work merely a means of ensuring the completion of tasks.
