目的探讨影响血铅结果的因素,提出更加合理、准确的血铅测定和计算方法。方法采用WS/T 20-1996血中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法,用GBW 09139冻干牛血铅标准物质进行质量控制,测试包括空白血的选取、试剂空白的扣除、3种拟合方程的计算比较等方面数据。对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅的检测过程中的一些细节进行讨论和分析。结果空白血、试剂空白扣除及拟合方式选取不同结果差别较大。结论选择低铅值人血可代替牛血做空白血;试剂空白在血基质标准曲线测样品时不应扣除;拟合方式中应选择标样扣除标样空白后拟合曲线。
Objective To explore the factors affecting blood lead results and to propose a more reasonable and accurate blood lead determination and calculation method. Methods The method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (WS-T 20-1996) was used for the quality control of GBW 09139 freeze-dried bovine serum lead standard substance. The test included the selection of blank blood, subtraction of reagent blank and three kinds of fitting Calculation and comparison of equations and other data. The details of the determination of blood lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and analyzed. Results Blank blood, reagent blank deduction and fitting method to choose different results vary widely. Conclusion Low blood lead can be used as blank blood instead of bovine blood. Reagent blank should not be deducted when measuring blood stroma standard curve. In the fitting method, standard curve should be selected after deducting standard blank.
