目的:研究金丝桃甙(Hyp)对脑梗塞的保护作用。方法:大鼠脑梗塞模型采用右侧颈总动脉和右侧大脑中动脉结扎,脑梗塞重量用NBT染色法测定,取脑皮质测定一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,大鼠脑皮质血流量(CBF)用氢清除法测定。结果:Hyp6.25,12.5,25mg·kg-1可显著改善大鼠异常神经症状,12.5,25mg·kg-1减轻脑梗塞重量的抑制脑皮质NO和MDA含量的增高,并增加脑皮质血流量。结论:金丝桃甙对脑梗塞有保护作用,此作用与减少脂质过氧化及NO可能有关
Objective: To study the protective effect of hyperoside (Hyp) on cerebral infarction. METHODS: Rat cerebral infarction model was ligated with the right common carotid artery and the right middle cerebral artery. The weight of cerebral infarction was measured by NBT staining. The cerebral cortex was measured to determine the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Cerebral cortical blood flow (CBF) in rats was determined by hydrogen exclusion. RESULTS: Hyp6.25, 12.5, 25 mg·kg-1 could significantly improve the abnormal neurological symptoms in rats, and 12.5 and 25 mg·kg-1 in reducing the weight of cerebral infarction inhibited the increase of NO and MDA content in cerebral cortex and increased.
