以０１％Ａｄｒ００８ｍｌ／１００ｇ皮下注射造成大鼠“寒凝血瘀”模型，对九气拈痛胶囊与九气拈痛丸进行血液流变学方面的指标观察和比较，分别在全血粘度（比）低切变、高切变速度、血浆粘度、ＲＢＣ压积、ＲＢＣ电泳时间均提示１６２％九气拈痛胶囊明显优于２４％九气拈痛丸，与模型空白组比较差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜００５），与丹七片组比较具有显著性差异，提示九气拈痛胶囊具有较好的活血化瘀作用。
The model of “cold coagulation and blood stasis” in rats was injected subcutaneously with 01% Adr008ml/100g. The indexes of blood rheology of Jiuqi Qutong Capsules and Jiuqiqitong Pills were observed and compared. The viscosity (ratio) of low shear, high shear rate, plasma viscosity, RBC volume, and RBC electrophoresis time all indicated that 16% and 2% of Jiuqi Qutong Capsules were significantly better than 2.4% of Jiuqi Qutong Pills. There was a significant difference between the groups (P<005), and there was a significant difference compared with the Danqi Tablet group, suggesting that Jiuqi Qutong Capsules has a good effect of promoting blood circulation.
