注重制度建设是邓小平党建理论的一个显著特点。文章依据邓小平关于党内制度建设的一系列论述，分析了党内制度所存在的某些严重弊端及其带有的封建主义色彩，并且剖析了封建主义影响渗入党内制度的根源，提出加强党内制度建设必须彻底肃清封建主义影响，健全党内各项民主制度。
Paying Attention to System Construction is a Notable Feature of Deng Xiaoping ’s Party Building Theory. Based on a series of expositions made by Deng Xiaoping about the construction of the inner-party system, this article analyzes some serious malpractices existing in the inner-party system and the feudalism it carries. It also analyzes the root causes of feudalism infiltrating the inner-party system, The construction of the internal system must thoroughly eliminate the influence of feudalism and improve the various democratic systems in the party.
