目的采用实验室间比对质量控制考核方法评价各省级疾病预防控制中心生活饮用水中感官性状和物理指标溶解性总固体的检测能力。方法将参加实验室分成2组,每组约16个实验室,不同浓度水平双样设计,采用稳健统计方法对实验室能力进行评价。结果全国32家省(直辖市、自治区)疾病预防控制中心参加了本次实验室间比对,获得满意结果的实验室30个,占93.8%;有可疑结果的实验室2个,占6.2%;无离群结果的实验室。结论参加本次实验室间比对的省级疾病预防控制中心,绝大多数具有生活饮用水中溶解性总固体检测能力。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detection ability of total dissolved solids in drinking water of various provincial centers for disease control and prevention using laboratory-to-laboratory quality control assessment method. Methods The participating laboratories were divided into two groups with about 16 laboratories in each group. Different concentrations of the two laboratories were designed in double designs and robust statistical methods were used to evaluate the laboratory capabilities. Results The CDC of 32 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in the country participated in this lab, with 30 laboratories with satisfactory results, accounting for 93.8% of the total. 2 laboratories with suspicious results accounted for 6.2% of the total. No outbreak of the results of the laboratory. Conclusions The provincial center for CDC participating in this inter-laboratory comparison has the ability to detect total dissolved solids in drinking water.
