合成了异辛氧基硼酸铜,考察了其油溶性和抗氧抗腐蚀性。采用MS-800A摩擦试验机和HQ-1摩擦磨损试验机对其抗磨减摩性能进行了评价,并计算出磨损体积和磨损速率。结果表明,异辛氧基硼酸铜具有良好的抗磨减摩性能、油溶性和抗氧抗腐蚀性能。
Copper isooctyloxy borohydride was synthesized and its oil solubility and anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance were investigated. The antiwear and antifriction properties of the antiwear and antifriction were evaluated by MS-800A friction tester and HQ-1 friction and wear tester, and the wear volume and wear rate were calculated. The results show that isooctyloxy copper borate has good antiwear and antifriction properties, oil solubility and anti - oxidation and corrosion resistance.
