根据力平衡和力矩平衡原理,建立了与摆线轮自转角度、曲柄轴自转角度相关的曲柄轴受力分析方法。使用ADAMS软件,进行了系统运动仿真,提取曲柄轴受力数据,与理论分析数据相比,验证了曲柄轴受力分析方法的合理性。分析了在上述受力下RV减速器传动的弹性精度误差,以及曲柄轴偏心距误差对上述传动误差的影响,由此可知,曲柄轴偏心距向负偏差变化时,各齿啮合力和曲柄轴受力增加,但RV减速器传动弹性精度得到了提高。
According to the principle of force balance and moment balance, a method of analyzing the force of crankshaft with respect to the rotation angle of the cycloid gear and the rotation angle of the crankshaft is established. Using ADAMS software, the simulation of system motion was carried out and the crankshaft stress data were extracted. Compared with the theoretical analysis data, the rationality of the stress analysis method of crankshaft was verified. The error of the elastic precision of the RV reducer transmission and the influence of the eccentricity of crankshaft on the above transmission error are analyzed. It can be seen that when the deviation of eccentricity of crankshaft changes negatively, The force increases, but the RV reducer transmission elastic accuracy has been improved.
