工欲善其事,必先利其器。国家亦是如此。当今世界,装备制造尤其是高端装备制造仍然是装备国民经济各部门和国防建设的战略性利器,是国家综合经济实力和科技水平或国家硬实力的重要标志。因此,振兴中国就必须要振兴装备制造业,尤其是振兴高端装备制造业。在发达国家如今“再工业化”的背景下,这种要求就更为紧迫。早在1999年国庆50周年庆典上,我国机械制造业就喊出了“让中国装备装备中国”的响亮口号,并作为全行业的共同理想与不懈追求。此后,人们又进一步将之丰富完善为“让中国装备装备中国走向世界”。为此,一大批装备制造企业及其企业家和广大制造业的员工,进行了艰苦卓绝的奋斗,取得了辉煌的成就。中国机械制造工业的规模总量
Workers want good things, must first sharpen. The same is true in the country. In today’s world, equipment manufacturing, especially high-end equipment manufacturing, is still a strategic weapon to equip various departments of the national economy and national defense.
