近几年,国内对高铬铸铁的材质进行了较为仔细地研究,而对其铸造工艺的研究却不甚关注。事实上,合适的铸造工艺将能保证获得优质铸件,并使材质的潜在优势得以充分发挥,增加铸件的使用寿命。 高铬铸铁的含铬量一般大于10%,其凝固有以下特点。 1.结晶温度范围宽; 2.凝固过程中不产生膨胀,凝固收缩大; 3.合金粘度大,流动阻力大,流动性差。
In recent years, the domestic materials of high-chromium cast iron have been studied in more detail, but the research on the casting process is not very concerned. In fact, a suitable casting process will ensure the availability of high-quality castings and give full play to the material’s potential advantages and increase the useful life of the castings. Chromium content of high chromium cast iron is generally greater than 10%, the solidification has the following characteristics. 1. Wide crystallization temperature range; 2. No coagulation during the expansion, coagulation shrinkage; 3. Alloy viscosity, flow resistance, poor mobility.
