由于许多数控机床的主轴不能倾斜(扳角度),无法实现加工复杂回转面刀具所需砂轮倾斜角,及其它需要主轴倾斜的场合。同时,由于机床主轴转速不能满足磨削要求,本文设计了一套简易的附加磨削装置,从而使数控铣床变成数控磨床,扩大了机床的加工功能和可调节参数,实现一机多用。 如图1所示,该装置由转盘、电动机、砂轮法兰盘、砂轮等组成。转盘以机床主轴伸出端定心,用三个内六角螺钉穿过主轴法兰盘直接安装在机床主轴箱上。转盘上开有三个腰圆槽,因而整个装置可绕主轴转动一定角度,即砂轮的安装角,以便在复杂回转面上磨出螺旋槽。砂轮双砂轮法兰盘直接安装在电机主轴上。电机采用AO_2—7124微型驱动电机,功率370W,转速2800r/min,中心高 71mm。
