国内一般采用三种方法将导套固定在模座上,即:1.过盈配合,压入固定;2.低熔点冷胀合金固定;3.环氧树脂浇注固定。其中,2、3两种方法主要用于大中型冷冲模。用压入和冷胀合金固定导套的缺点是压入部分的内径要缩小。因此必须事先将压入模座这一段导套的内径扩大0.5~1毫米,以保证导柱能顺利通过,但同时也缩短了导向的有效长度。

Therefore, it is necessary to advance the inner diameter of the guide sleeve pressed into the mold base by 0.5 to 1 mm to ensure that the guide post can pass smoothly, but at the same time, the effective length of the guide is also shortened.
