1 治疗原则对新生儿黄疸的积极处理需考虑以下因素.1.1 一般情况新生儿一般情况不仅影响胆红素的代谢速率,而且影响自身耐受黄疸的能力.早产儿及危重病儿一般情况欠佳,耐受力差,胆红素增加速率快,易发生神经毒性反应.对这类患儿需及时治疗,开始治疗的胆红素水平往往低于健康足月儿高胆的水平.
