教育的过程就是影响学生自我教育的过程。任何教育成效的取得,最终都归结到受教育者自我教育的结果。基于上述理念,我采用“三错一育,三优一免”管理学生自习课纪律,经过反复尝试,取得了令人满意的效果。“二三错一育”是当学生在自习课上的违纪行为累计达到3次时,教师才对学生进行教育。
The process of education is the process of affecting students’ self-education. The success of any educational attainment ultimately comes down to the results of self-education of educators. Based on the above concepts, I used “three wrong and one education, three excellent one free” management of student self-learning discipline, after repeated attempts, and achieved satisfactory results. “Twenty-Three Wrong and One Childhood Education” refers to the teacher’s education of a student when the student’s disciplinary offense in a self-learning class has reached a total of three times.
